We, CUDI, Transnational Republic und Culture Palace/Sparwasser invite you to participate in a dialog and investigation of social and political methods and praxis within the discourse of art production. This will take place in the period between February 11. and February 24.. The rooms of Sparwasser will be a laboratory/working space for these to weeks, open to exchange information and to define new ways of art production in public.

Cudi is a Danish artist group, who within the last two years and with their sociel art project Vollsmose worked against racism and fundamentalistic attitudes. Attitudes that ignore and reduce people to stereotypes in order to keep them in a certain social position. Cudi is working on a very local basis, but deal with universal problems.

The Transnational Republic tries to establish a new system of global representation of indiviual interests and rights where everybody has the opportunity to choose which organisation represents him best. It is about to discuss the system of nations in global politics. Can nations find good solutions for global problems when they have to keep in mind their own national interests? Who could be a counterpart for transnational companies?

Sparwasser/Culture Palace wish to support and investigate on art production, which takes its departure in everyday reality and situations and bring this art practice in a close and equal relation to the audience in order to have a rich exchange of information.
